Builders Capital to Move Headquarters to 86-acre South Hill Campus from Benaroya to Puyallup

SEATTLE, August 24, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Builders Capital, a leading private lender specializing in financing residential construction projects, has announced plans to move its headquarters from Seattle, Washington, at the South Hill Business + Technology Center of Benaroya Company in Puyallup, Washington. The move to larger office space is made necessary by the growing national footprint of Builders Capital, which now operates in 45 states.

Builders Capital will occupy 20,332 square feet of Class A office space by early 2022. The new West Building space offers the latest in connectivity and infrastructure technology, earning USBGC LEED Silver certification.
